Loma Vista to Debut New $3.5 Million Welcome Center

Grand Opening slated for late spring

Loma Vista, a premier manufactured home community located in East Austin and situated 10 miles from Downtown, is currently under expansion and recently on boarded 145 new luxury manufactured home lots. The affordable housing community offers sand volleyball courts, fitness center, state-of-the-art clubhouse, outdoor soccer fields and a resort style pool. A new $3.5m welcome center with splash pads, arcade room and 3 models is currently under construction.

The community plans a grand opening later this spring in May. Stay tuned for more announcements – you won’t want to miss it! The team has been hard at work since Fall 2018 and the progress has been impressive!
